Who can use Lifebook Memories?
Anyone who wants to document their life story, store important details, and share memories securely can use Lifebook Memories.
What’s the difference between Free and Premium Membership?
Free Membership is limited to basic details and several small photos.
Premium Membership gives you increased storage for documents, and additional photos. You can also store some music and videos, and Invite guests to view your information.
How do I upgrade to Premium?
You can upgrade anytime through the Subscription link on your Member Dashboard. Choose from monthly, annual, or lifetime payment options.
Can I downgrade from Premium to Free?
Yes you can, but you will lose access to your Premium features and stored files. We save your information and files in case you decide to upgrade again, but you won’t be able to access any of the Premium features from a Free Membership.
How secure is my information?
Your text files are stored locally so you can access them quickly. Your photos, music, and videos are kept securely in the cloud, with controlled access.
How do guest accounts work?
Premium members can invite guests to view their stored information. Guests can download files, but cannot make any changes to them.
What happens to my data if I stop using my account?
If your account has been inactive, it could be set to expire after 12 months.
If you downgraded from Premium to Free, we’ll keep your stored files for a six months before we remove them.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can request that your account is deleted at any time. Note that all of your files will be permanently removed from storage when we delete your account.
